As finals and graduation approach quickly, you are all probably buried in about a million different things. You’re probably super stressed as well.  It’s probably common sense, but when you’re stressed, you don’t think of it.

Take a break.  Go outside.  According to a study in the journal Environmental Science and Technology, the fresh air will boost your self-esteem and mood for the rest of the day.  Even if it feels like you’re too stressed to take a break, do it.  You’ll end up having more focus to get all of your work done.
