Although I’ve never eaten brussels sprouts before, of what I can gather from my research, they are actually really healthy for you. They are full of Vitamins A and C, calcium for your bones and teeth, and are great for making your skin look healthy and young. Still not a big fan of them? Toss small chunks of brussels sprouts in your salads, blend it in a smoothie with other fruits and vegetables, or toss it in some olive oil, salt, and pepper as a nice complement to a meal.
