Diet soda.  Everybody is always talking about how good or bad it is for you.  If you drink the fizzy beverage in moderation, you will be okay.

Even though drinking diet soda may lead to weight gain, it’s all about the portions and control you have.  Most people view soda as a drink that is always paired with pizza and barbecues.  While it is true that the artificial sweeteners in the drink make you crave other sugary substances, the ultimate key is moderation.  One soda a day really isn’t that bad if you lead an otherwise healthy lifestyle.  However, if you indulge in the drink, don’t exercise, and don’t eat healthy, the extra sweetener will make you end up in extra pounds.
